Micro-Greens Farm Ja ("we", "us", "our") is a microgreens farming business based in Jamaica, operating the website at microgreensfarmja.farm. We grow and deliver fresh microgreens directly to consumers and businesses across Jamaica.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from us.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may browse, view, and interact with the website for personal or business enquiry and purchasing purposes.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that it is free from errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
You can place an order through our website's order page. By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
After placing your order, we will contact you (via WhatsApp or the contact details provided) to confirm your order, provide delivery details, and, if applicable, supply bank transfer payment information. An order is not confirmed until you receive acknowledgement from us.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders where we cannot fulfil them. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or refund.
Wholesale and restaurant orders are subject to separate pricing and terms agreed directly with us. Please contact us through the website or WhatsApp to discuss wholesale arrangements.
All prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. A flat delivery fee of J$500 applies to all orders. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
Payment by bank transfer should be completed before the delivery date. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment is confirmed.
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before doing so.
We deliver across all 14 parishes of Jamaica. Delivery availability to your specific address will be confirmed when we process your order. We are a delivery-only service — we do not offer customer pickup.
A flat delivery fee of J$500 applies per order, regardless of order size or delivery location within Jamaica.
Deliveries are made on Saturdays. We will provide an estimated delivery window when confirming your order. While we make every effort to deliver within the stated window, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic or other factors outside our control.
If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact you. As our products are perishable, we may not be able to reattempt delivery the same day. In such cases, you remain liable for the delivery fee and the cost of goods.
Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
Our microgreens are harvested on Saturday morning and delivered the same day, ensuring maximum freshness. Properly stored (refrigerated, in their original packaging), our microgreens will remain fresh for 5–7 days.
Our microgreens are grown without pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilisers in clean growing media with filtered water. We are not formally certified organic by any certification body. References to "clean" or "natural" growing practices on our website describe our methods and do not constitute an organic certification claim.
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or significantly below the described quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and, where possible, a photograph. We will assess each complaint fairly and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
You may cancel an order at no charge up to Friday at 12:00 noon (the order deadline). After this time, we will have already planned your order into the harvest and a cancellation fee equal to the full order value may apply.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of any amounts paid.
Refunds approved by us will be processed via bank transfer within 5 business days. We do not offer refunds for perishable goods that have been delivered in satisfactory condition but subsequently stored improperly.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this website without our express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a link to our website).
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
